Small dogs: 2.2 - 22lbs (1-10kg) 5g per day

Medium dogs: 22 - 44lbs (11-20kg) 2 x 5g per day

Large dogs: 44 - 88lbs (21-40kg) 3 x 5g per day

Giant dogs: above 88lbs (41+ kg) 4 x 5g per day

For Cats:

Small cats: 2.2 - 6.6lbs (1-3kg) 2.5g per day

Large cats: above 6.6lbs (4+ kg) 5g per day
