Auto Delivery is a simple program that allows you to schedule orders on recurring basis based on your pet’s requirements without the hassle of reordering. When you sign up for this program, you will receive the order when you need it according to the scheduled delivery. Please note that you will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment.

No, there are no additional charges when you opt for auto delivery. You will only be charged for the order that you place when it is shipped. We will send you an email notification prior to a week's time before shipping the order.

At DiscountPetMart, accessing and using your auto delivery is quite easy. You have to simply select the required auto delivery frequency for the products in your cart and checkout as normal.

How to set a product on auto delivery?

1. While placing the initial order, you simply need to select the Auto Delivery option.
2. And, set the frequency according to your requirements.
3. Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with the auto delivery details.
4. You will receive a reminder email 7 days prior to your auto delivery order.
5. During this time, you can add, change or update products or shipping address or frequency of delivery.
6. As scheduled, your order will be shipped to your shipping address.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be charged and the bill will be processed according to the original mode of payment. An email will be send seven days prior to your shipment.
