Frontline Plus for Dogs is a highly effective, rapid-action, long-lasting, topical flea and tick treatment for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older, weighing at least 5 lbs. This monthly treatment effectively kills fleas, flea eggs and flea larvae and prevents all flea life stages including flea eggs, larvae and pupae from developing.  It stops existing flea infestations and prevents new ones from developing. Additionally, this topical treatment kills all tick life stages such as larva, nymph and adult including American dog ticks, Brown dog ticks, Lone star ticks and Deer ticks. It also aids in eliminating chewing lice infestations and controlling sarcoptic mange infestations. 

Moreover, Frontline Plus kills fleas that may cause flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) and helps in the prevention of Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases. It is safe for use in pregnant, breeding and lactating dogs.

How does Frontline Plus for Dogs work?

Frontline Plus is meticulously formulated with two active ingredients, fipronil and (s)-methoprene. After administration, the formula gets rapidly absorbed into the dog’s skin surface, hair follicles and sebaceous glands and kills parasites on contact for an entire month. It completely breaks the flea life cycle and kills ticks without the need to bite the dog.

Direction for use

• Weigh your dog beforehand to ensure dosage accuracy.
• Take the applicator out of the package, hold upright with foil side towards and snap the applicator tip.
• Part the dog’s fur between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
• Place the applicator tip above the skin and squeeze to empty the entire contents in one spot.
• Avoid contact with the treated area until dry and do not apply on top of hair coat.
• Bathing or exposure to sunlight will not affect the effectiveness of the treatment.

Safety
