Popantel F Allwormer for Dogs

Formulated in the form of palatable flavored tablets, Popantel F Allwormer is a broad-spectrum wormer for dogs. It is recommended for the treatment of a range of gastrointestinal worms without fasting before dosing. When given as indicated, the formula controls roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms including hydatid tapeworms. It also controls the shedding of oocysts of the protozoan giardia. Popantel F Allwormer does not control heartworms.

Ingredients

Febantel, Praziquantel, Pyrantel (as pyrantel embonate)

Direction for use

• Measure your dog's weight for correct dosing.
• Administer as a single dose orally.
• Ensure the entire dose is taken. If a dose or a part of it is not consumed, give a full dose.
• If the worm problem persists, consult a vet.

Dosage:

• For tapeworms: Administer every 3 months.
• For hydatid tapeworms: Administer every 6 weeks for hydatid tapeworms. Do not feed offal from any species.
• For hookworms & roundworms: Administer 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks followed by every month until 6 months of age, and thereafter once every 3 months or as indicated by the veterinarian.
• For whipworms: Administer every 6-8 weeks after 3 months of age.
• For giardia: Confirm the infection from a veterinarian. Administer for 3 days in a row. Repeat treatment if required or advised by a vet.
• For pregnant dogs: Administer before mating, then 10 days before whelping and at 2 and 4 weeks after whelping.
